Wrong! I've been busy and (er... ok this obviously isn't the correct sentence structure here) interesting. From Thursday until Sunday, I was in Urbana. That hotel's food was bad. My paper was boring but I gave it.
On Sunday evening, some friends and I ate at JMK Nippon. It was delicious.* We drank some good sake. It's called Tomoju junmai ginjo.
* again, I need to work on conjunctions to combine the sheer might of my sentences! Muahahaha!!!
「おもしろくていそがしかったです。」 not でした, but for a second there I was unsure! Otherwise the sentence is fine, I think, although it translates as, "[Things have been] busy and interesting."
I think the sudden usage of 「そのホテル」 might be confusing, even a bit more than it is in English. I would have said 「そこのホテル」 "The hotel there" or 「泊まった(とまった)ホテル」 "The hotel where I stayed."
I don't think 悪い is used in reference to food so often. It might have been more natural to say 「おいしくなかったです。」
「つまらない でした。」 You're confusing me again! Shouldn't this be 「つまらなかった です。」? Same with 「おいしい でした。」 That should be 「おいしかった です。」

I have nothing to say, right?

D'oh! I should've known better, but keep forgetting that tense in the adjective thing.
As for 悪い, you didn't have that food. ;)
