Did you check はんやきます in the dictionary? I've never hear it. I would say ほんやくします. And also, don't forget your particles: 日本語の単語を翻訳します。助（たす）けになります might be acceptable, I don't really know. It sounds a little odd to me, but I guess I'll have to ask the boss.
