Go ride a bike!I'm feeling well again, so today, I rode my bike. I went roughly 15 miles. It was this year's first ride, so I didn't go far or fast, but it was fun.
「今年のさいしょの乗車から、ながくなくてはやくなかった行きました。」 I think in the first part I would say 「今年の最初の乗車だったから」, otherwise it sounds at first like you are saying "Since the first ride of the year..." In the second part there's some verb confusion. I think it would be better to say something like, 遠くまでも、速くても走らなかった, or possibly ゆっくり走って、遠くまで行きませんでした。Oh, and good to see you dropping the extra spaces and using more kanji. ^_^
Can I really use 「走る」 to mean ride?
I'm not sure the kanji is right, but I'm pretty sure you can use the word in that context, or at least for cars.
